Duratex A/S has for more than 30 years been on of Scandinavians leading manufakturers of PVC coated fabrics.
Duratex Naizil A / S has its origin from Duratex A / S, Denmark, which for more than 30 years has developed and manufactured PVC products at a high technical level for the Scandinavian market, the former manufacturing plant in Haderslev.

In 2003 Duratex together with one of Northern Europe's most modern producers in the industry Naizil Spa located at Padua in northern Italy. This was the start of Duratex Naizil A / S is still located in Haderslev, Kløvervej 85, with sales and stock.

From there sevices the Scandinavian market with Keder product pallet as Naizil Spa produce. It must be emphasized that many of the old Duratex quality is fine implemented in Naizil's product range.
