Duratex A/S has for more than 30 years been one of Scandinavians leading manufacturers of PVC coated fabrics.
Duratex Naizil A / S has its origin from Duratex A / S, Denmark, which for more than 30 years has developed and manufactured PVC products at a high technical level for the Scandinavian market, the former manufacturing plant in Haderslev.

In 2003 Duratex joined with one of Northern Europe's most modern producers in the industry, Naizil Spa located at Padova in northern Italy. This was the start of Duratex Naizil A / S,still located in Haderslev, Kløvervej 85, with sales and stock.

From there the Scandinavian market is served with products from Naizil Spa. It must be emphasized that many of the old Duratex qualities are fine implemented in Naizil's product range.
